Judging by your criteria, why not put Boise State (8-0, outscoring opponents 41-14) or TCU (8-0, outscoring opponents 35-11) right up there with Texas? I'm not saying I want these teams ranked highly, but you can argue that both these non-BCS schools have schedules similar in strength to Texas' weak-ass schedule. Hell, at least Boise State beat Oregon.

Guess the big 12 is still riding that wave from last year. They sure are down this year.


Even though I don't think the Big 12 is anywhere near as difficult as the SEC, it is quite ridiculous that you would compare their schedule with Boise State and TCU.
