competitiveness for the past 15-20 years, and it seems to get better and better with each year. More seems to be on the line, and it's evident that it

We have been motivated and ready to play in every game this year, with the slight exception of Auburn. I will give him a pass on that one since it was our(his) first SEC away game though. They will be motivated. No need to worry about that. Although I just re-read your post and I am not sure if that was even what you were talking about.

a Bama premium board. I checked out the posts on their message board this morning. Here's a sampling (there's 75 or so posts per page):
There are probably a dozen posts related to the 5 star DB they committed this past weekend, their class being ranked #2 now, and whether they are going to sign another 5 star in this class. There are at least a dozen posts discussing the LSU game. There are probably 3-4 posts related to Auburn There are 3-4 posts related to the BCS poll There is a post about the replay official There is a post about Daniel Moore's rocky block painting There's a post about the hurricane There's a bunch of crap posts ("I can't get my DVR to work", "Do they let you bring a pop-up camper on the Quad?" shit like that) There is a post saying that Bama is not going hard after Shon Coleman (this post is why I stole the password) And there is one post ... one post ... saying the State game provides a nice scrimmage for the SEC Championship game. I don't sense anything close to hatred over there. |

I hated them when I was kid because I grew up a UT fan. Thats part of reason why I hate them more than the "team from up north." Their fans think
they are so damn high and mighty because they won what 12 so called national titles. I would love nothing more than a win Saturday to shut them up about how
great they think they are.

I will say this, Alabama is to State as LSU is to Ole Miss in terms of the way the games usually play out. State plays Bama tough, but gets mauled by LSU.
Ole Miss keeps it close against LSU and typically gets walked on by Bama.
