Of course, this was written by Pulitzer Prize winner Yancy Porter
"I have three of my teammates from last year that play for S' Eastern LA. I want to go see what they got now (laugh). I do
not want to see the MSU coaches though. I will want to know how they could lose to a team like La Tech. SEC schools do not do that."
I support the two most frustrating teams in America: The New Orleans Saints and the Mississippi State Bulldogs.
..to tell them he's on board no matter what. But it only took 3 minutes for this to show up on Yancy's board: 44yrsandcountingThxGOBnetwork

This is correct.....Steve doesn't have a vested interest in it. MSU is not the only site he writes for , and he has said on more than one
occasion that he doesn't care where the kids wind up at.
"I tell my players that fans that yell at coaches and players are people with meaningless jobs and have people yelling at them all day, whether
it's at work or it's their wives yelling at them. They take out their frustration on someone that can't respond to them." - Ron Polk

Steve may be a good guy, but to say he doesn't care where kids end up is a stretch. You can't be a fan of a school and not care where players end up
playing. To pretend that any recruiting guru for a particular school is unbiased is about as homerish as it gets. In most cases, and in the cases of Steve and
Yancy, they both are fans of the schools that they write for, which makes it impossible for them to be completely unbiased.
Fancy and Roundsville have been taking "shots" at MSU for years. When Rebneck Yell was on the radio in Memphis, Roundsville, Sandroni rarely made it
through a show without making a derogatory comment about State. He is a walking talking eggbowl.com.
You must have misread the quote. He said he was going to Starkville to see State play SELA because he had some former teammates at SELA (not La. Tech).
