Ummmm, no. I believe it was Delroy Lindo of Gone in 60 Seconds fame who did that voice-over. At least, he's the only person I can think of who sounds
like that.

....all the nicknames and Three Stooges "whoops" etc combined with a cockeyed Stuart Scott. I dont think NFL highlights could get any better.
