Agreed. A bunch of great, eye opening quotes in there. Like this one from Crosswhite on conditioning - "I'm sure the hitters are also in better shape
because they've never had to run before." I mean, wtf? Running laps is as basic as you get, Polk.

Polk was paid next to nothing (comparatively) from University funds. He obviously provided about as much service as his state funded salary indicated.
