Please make sure your sort is set correctly.
There are 2 ways of doing this:
Make sure it's set correctly at the bottom of the forum you are looking at.

Click on Last Post By and make sure the arrow is pointing down. You might have to do it twice. The headings make more sense in topic view but in threaded view, it can get confusing. So make sure they are set correctly.
