Why are we leaving Yuku?

One reason is cost. Yuku now costs about $3700/year. The hosting fees with this company are significantly less. Yuku's price is based upon page views. Hosting company will stay pretty much the same so if the site grows - the site cost stays the same unlike Yuku. And Yuku hasn't increased their price in a few years and they are hurting for $$$.

Also, I am not sure how much longer Yuku will be in business. They have been sold about 4 times over the past 5 years and they lost their biggest board in July which accounted for 15% of their traffic. Plus - they never optimized a mobile view and I just got tired of waiting on them.

How To Make this look like Yuku threaded?
Make sure at the bottom left of the page "Threaded View" is chosen.
Once you are inside a post, on the upper right portion when viewing the thread, click "Display" and change the view to "Hybrid Mode" if it's not already selected. It should remember your settings from that point on.
The view is as close to Yuku as possible. You will notice when responding to a thread, the reply goes to the top of the "tree" instead of the bottom like it does Yuku when viewing the board. It's reversed The threaded view was custom written for an older version of vbulletin (3.7) and they had to get it to work for this version (4.x). Once we get used to it, hopefully we won't notice it. http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=209541

How To Make it look like a Topic(Flat) view like 24/7?

Make sure at the bottom left of the page "Topic View" is chosen.
Once you are inside a post, on the upper right portion when viewing the thread, click "Display" and change the view to "Linear Mode" if it's not already selected. It should remember your settings from that point on.

How To Reply?

Make sure you click "Reply" or "Reply with Quote" under the post that you directly want to reply to. It's really nice b/c the page doesn't have to load a reply page- it will just make a box under the post and you can type your reply there. Reply with Quote is suggested b/c it will be easier to understand for those that are using the Flat view.

How to Take me to the forum after I post?

Go to Settings at the top right
General Settings on the Left
Under Visitor Messaging - New Thread Saving Preferences choose Redirect me to parent Forum
One problem with this is it will mess up when posting a poll. Vbulletin's way of posting a poll is you enter your post then click the checkbox that you want to post a poll. When you click post - it's supposed to take you to the screen to enter your poll options. When you have redirect on - it bypasses the poll page. If you want to add a poll with the redirect on, you need to go back to your post and under Thread Tools at the top - click "Add a poll". You have a 5 minute window to do this.
