Can't polish that turd.
Rule 10 - specifically in regards to the Clarion ledger - has been rescinded.
I support the two most frustrating teams in America: The New Orleans Saints and The Mississippi State Bulldogs
I'm tempted to order it then immediately cancel just for the satisfaction.
I'm glad you killed that rule after this. What a piece of shit.
ETA: can we just change the rule to make it similar to Rule 11?

Unbelievable. Well, not really. We all saw this coming.
It is really disrespectful to what the coaches and team has accomplished this year. Bonner showed he is nothing more than a talentless troll.
The headline isn't Bonner's choice, it's ol Hugh K's.
Yep, writers usually don't get to write the headline. I think Bonner is definitely innocent here.
That's some high-level troll right there.
I personally think he was on here last night and got the idea from the cl headline thread. No way is hottakeburger smart enough to come up with that on his own.
I said long ago I wouldn't paper my bird cage with this rag if I had a pet bird
I'm sure he has been called worst. I will leave it there for any future transgressions ha
I would have liked to buy a copy as a momento and to hang in my office, but NO WAY IN HELL do I buy that garbage. Is this real life? They may as well change the paper's name to the OM Gazette.
It really pisses me off, because I like to buy papers from historical MSU moments and save them (frame some of the good ones), etc. Kellenburger just totally slapped that accomplishment in the MSU fans' faces, which is totally unprofessional. Very tacky, and if done in an attempt at humor, it was very poor timing and in poor taste. I hope that 17ing place goes bankrupt.
Agreed 100%. I have my brother holding a Daily Journal for a framer now. Complete and utter BS.
I really would like to know.
Starkville Daily News had a good one as well. When State was #1 - I called their office and they mailed me a few for few dollars/paper
Only to keep with the OM football investigations**
Stupid.
I don't always drink but when I do I become a message board genius**
It's become damn near impossible to think it's not intentional. No matter how much you try to give them the benefit of the doubt, they're just going to push it that much more. Fact is, we didn't need any damn help at all to win an SEC title. We only needed help to get a #1 seed in Hoover, and really, #1 - #4 are all about the same anyway so who cares.
Yep. I would like to see the Clarion Ledger apologists' take on this one.
I don't subscribe to their paper, nor will I. But a few weeks ago I just got tired of the bull and unfollowed all their guys on Twitter. I'm not even going to oblige them with clicks. Robby, Bob, etc... all have great coverage of State. I would encourage everyone else to do the same.
Such BS. I wish we would pull their press privelages. It's time for media department to sack up and demand some change or pull their privelages.
I would love to know Cohen's take on that headline.
Thanks Razorbacks, Tigers, Tigers, Volunteers, Crimson Tide, Bulldogs, Wildcats, Commodores, Rebels, Tigers, Gators, Aggies and Gamecocks: MSU Gets help winning SEC.
I like Bonner.
We would get Sunday only. That's when the coupon for free pubmix would be available
If anybody here is dumb enough to own gannet company stock, they should file a shareholder derivatives suit. I'm sure clarion ledger is probably a small paper for them, but local and state sports is one of the few things that can still sell papers, and the clarion ledger uses them to antagonize half their target market. I don't really care as a state fan; I don't need the clarion ledger. But it pisses me off to see employees purposefully waste owners' money. Show some gratitude to the people willing to pay your dumbass in a dying and unprofitable industry.
The reality is that the only way any team wins a championship is with help unless they go undefeated. That is a BS headline
They're alienating 1/2 of their small market, in a dying field. It's just extremely dumb. If I were upper management, I'd fire whoever did that.
