Not a big deal, honestly other than in rankings.

Feels like we about to self impose some schollie reductions to help make up for all the ones the NCAA missed with OM. Solidarity and shit.

We have approximately 20 roster spots available and 20 commits... we are looking at adding 2-3 higher ranked players and perhaps one transfer... so what is going on now is "making room"

What you don't do is wait until signing day to tell a guy he has no scholarship available. That's bad business.

Moorhead has to be the bad guy in all this but itís 100% Mullenís doing. A lot of this would still be happening even if he hadnít left.

He didnít have a good year statistically for being rated as high as he has been. Might even say it was a bad year, especially for a D1 prospect.

The Webb kid from bama looks legit af, Iíll take him over FF all day everyday.

He may be small but the best football player in Mississippi this year that is a senior is Tylan Knight from Pearl. I would take him over 3 Fabian Franklins I don't care how small he is.

So true. If Marcus Murphy wasn't interested in State we'd see all over the message boards how he's the greatest player since Marcus Dupree (or Cam Akers) and that we 17'd up another recruiting opportunity.

People aren't excited enough about that kid.

This makes no sense but word on the street here is he is headed to TCU. But but one who said sign and place is likely correct.

Personally, with Don's antics and a new staff, my concern is mostly with our needs in this class like WR, OL and DB.

If we can address those with our signing class, I will be happy. I expect our recruiting process to change a lot and for the better with the new staff, so with the upheaval of changing coaches this late in the game, I'm kinda like you in the way I'm looking at our commit changes.

I can't wait to see what Coach Joe does with the weapons we have as well. He has a theory I love of getting people like Kylin Hill in space. I wish we had done more of that with him and players like Mixon this year.
