I get the luckyguys.top "claim your prize" adware every time I visit this site. Nowhere else. I have run malware checks on my tablet with no results. I am at a loss to explain it. But if I have a page of this site open for a while, it jumps to that "reward -- claim your prize" ad.
Samnsung Galaxy Tab S. Old tablet. But no scanning software is indicating anything on my system.

Here's what I did to get rid of it.
Click the circle with the i in it (to the left of the luckyguys).
It pops up a small window with Cookies at the bottom. Click on Cookies.
It will pop up another screen that shows you the actual cookies that have been downloaded by the site.
Click on each cookie and hit REMOVE at the bottom. I left the one for sixpackspeak but removed all the others. Haven't been bothered by it since.
You might also try clearing your all your cookies using the settings option.
Cleared cookies. My settings do not precisely parallel what you said above but I deleted all cookies and still getting that crap. Popups are blocked. I hate coming here anymore due to this crap. I can't even reply without it popping up and having to retry it a few times.
Terrible. I don't know why but it's only here on sixpackspeak.
