No mention of 2014? We completely shitted away the ULL regional from the winner’s bracket after it was practically handed over to us on a silver platter by a Jackson State upset of ULL.

Honorable mention, also from 2014, is losing out on a host site in spite of winning 18 SEC games because we lost back to back games to friggin Holy Cross.

Never said it did, but a banner in a Big 3 sport does carry some bragging weight especially since we don't have that many.

You’re probably not old enough to remember but it was talked about by the media for a couple days. Vic himself mentioned it, and it was talked about ad nauseam on here for a week plus. But nice try.

The eventual winner(s) and runner ups are all going to have a perplexing weekend or two. At the very least, this would have had to be the last series and for sure cost us an SEC title to even be in consideration.

Everyone remembers the disappointing 89 regional, but even before that the season was ending on a sour note. Lost 2/3 at home to Bama, then went 1-2 in the SEC tournament ending with a blow out loss to UGA. It's still a mystery to me how the bats just went silent after we clenched the SEC title with a 28-17 win over Kentucky.

I'm shocked no one has responded with the New Here meme.

The media AND sixpack talked about it so it MUST be true.

Please provide links to Vic saying that he practiced our girls hard less than 24 hours after Moís winner, ensuring we had no legs to really challenge SC.
