I originally thought the Texas/OU was just rumors, but I think I can be pretty confident that this Clemson, Free Shoes, tOSU, Penn State stuff is just the late game brewha for clicks. I don't think anyone else is jumping unless it's from the Big 12.

This level of crazy doesn't happen twice in this close of a time frame.

    Super Elite Conference

Add Clemson, Florida State, Oklahoma State, and UVA or NC State and call it a day.

Then the PAC-12 and B1G combine. The football civil war begins.

Even if you combine the best of the PAC and B1G, the SEC has a decided advantage. I kinda think thatís what ends up happening anyway.

I listened to Kirk Herbstreit on SEC , you could tell he wasnít happy about it Ut and OU coming to the SEC, more so for the overall game rather than the SEC getting stronger, same reason as everyone who isnít a fan of the move.

Maybe ACC and BIG ten need to merge.

They should and the PAC 12 should hurry up and grab the big 12 left overs, Boise and the best of the Mt. West.
Three super conferences would play well.

I do think the SEC should try to lure Clemson and FSU out of the ACC.

Big 12 leftovers won't bring much to the PAC-12 except more schools to split the money with. I think we'll see a Big 10 - PAC 12 scheduling alliance and some sort of Big 12 - AAC combination (with some schools getting left out), and not much more right now. ACC is hamstrung with a bad TV deal and a rights tie in for their teams through 2035.

You actually said it was a prank. Thatís right, a prank. Solidifying your position as the most naive and gullible poster on the sixpack forum.

Ol' Kirk has to be really unhappy with reports of possible Big10 defections especially Ohio State. He would have to be a SEC fan.
