If I were putting percentages on different records, I would say 7-5 is the one that we have the best chance of ending up with. However, I don't think the chances of ending up 8-4 are too far off the chances of ending up 7-5. Damn, I think I even confused myself on that one.
We would win 10 games, with a lucky win over Arkansas, be ranked in the top 10, and not be a particularly strong team.
We avoid anyone worth a crap on the east (UGA and USC who beat us last year, plus UF.

Granted, most people were being optimistic, but we knew the O-Line was in bad enough shape that we moved an upcoming Senior DT across the line to play the most critical position on the OL. Even then, if we avoid injuries on our OL for one more week, we probably end up 7-5.
Granted there'd be the potential for a huge gulf between LSU and Alabama and us, but I think that gulf is in the top 10 most years, especially when you get toward the 8-10 range.
Losses will be LSU, Alabama, Arkansas, and either Auburn or A&M.
8 wins are also likely; 6 I'm disappointed but not angry; 5 or less I'm pissed; 9+ I'm pissing my pants with excitement.
1. We blast JSU by 45+.
2. Oururgency to winovercomes the difference in star talent, Auburn goes down at Davis-Wade.
3. Sluggish start at Troy but we kick it into gear later in the 1st halfanda blowout ensues.
4. We are as high as a kite by week 4 and we show out against South Alabama.
5. After a week off, we try to tune it up for an SECroad trip to Lexington, but struggle a bitto get the W.
6.Hard to assess because of Tenn's unknowns. If their offense clicks this season, we could lose this one.
7. Refocused and angry we rack up lots of yards against MTSU. Win easily
8. Wefinally score points early against Bama but T.J Yeldon cuts us up in the 2nd half and they win at home, as expected.
9. Back at homewe triumphover a battered A&M teamin a hard fought battle. Our bowl projections increase.
10.At Baton Rouge we take LSU to the wire!! But come up short.
11. Our ground attack sends Arky reeling in the first half, but they make up for it by Tyler Wilson picking us apart in the 2nd. Ark wins again but it is the last time for a while.
12. Drained but refocusedwe invade Oxford, but the bears come out swinging.. desperate to end it on a positive note. However, Dan spits fire during the halftime rally and we deliver the knock-out blow in the 3rd qtr, taking #4.
We are selected to play in the CottonBowl, howeverthis game, among many othersare never played, due to the apocalypse.
Losses to bama and lsu. Banks has a pick 6 against Arkansas to ice the game in the 4th. Monumental year for us with huge expectations leading into next year.
